Although I have not yet officially started my role as Interim Campus President, which is March 16, I am excited to connect with you. Like you, I am fond of the PSC campus and have been working with campus faculty and staff in different ways since 2017. Our alumni are integral to the life of our campus and to the longevity of the institution. I look forward to meeting with you very soon.

Alumni, donors, employees, and friends of West Virginia University Potomac State College are invited to come together on March 20, in support of the seventh WVU Day of Giving. This momentous occasion brings together individuals wanting to support student-related financial needs.

Ask Alumnus Graydon ‘Ed’ Richards, Ph.D. (class of 1953) what his fondest memories are of his time spent at West Virginia University Potomac State College and he might just tell you, “My two years spent in Keyser at Potomac State were some of the most formative years of my life.”

I am excited to serve as president of the West Virginia University Potomac State College Alumni Association Board of Directors. When I was asked to be more involved with the alumni board a few years ago, I did not realize that I would end up in this role representing the amazing alumni of Potomac State!

I first arrived at Potomac State in the Fall of 1977. I quickly fell in love with the campus and the college. Attending Potomac State was a transformational opportunity that was only possible through generous scholarships from previous alumni. Much of my success in life can be attributed to my time at Potomac State, from the teachers who genuinely cared about their students and instilled many life lessons, to the life-long friends I made along the way.
